This is a 1934 Issue of the Antisemitic Newspaper Der Stürmer - Julius Streicher's contribution to the Annihilation of the European Jews. The Headline screams: "Who is the Enemy?" The article says - very clearly - "The Jews." The "Masthead" on the bottom - which appeared on all Issues - says: "The Jews are our Bad Luck." The Newspaper was first pubbed in 1923; by the time Hitler rose to power it's circulation was 25,000. During the Nazi era the circulation rose to nearly a Million. Der Stürmer was Crude and Offensive - even to the Nazis. It's as if Larry Flynt turned Hustler into a Hillbilly Political magazine. Streicher used Political and Racist Pornography. Der Stürmer's Cartoonists became the best known in Europa. Streicher was Executed at Nuremberg for Crimes against Humanity. He was an ex-Grade School Teacher and history attests that he never personally hit or harmed anyone. He was the only Propagandist Executed by anyone during and after the war. History has decided that he deserved it.
Nazis loved Der Stürmer for it's Fips Cartoons: Top Left - "Where Jewish hate in wild palaver overflows into cascades of insults. There the flag, used for decoration, is only being soiled." Top R.- "France's dreams of Turkey. In the smoke of the Turkish Pipe a new plan ripens. Is France completely turning into a Whore of cunning Talmud-Brains?" Bottom L.- "The Emigrant. When I asked the Wanderer, `Where are you going?', he said: `To foreign countries, because I am a Jew." Bottom middle: "The Foreigner". Recently I asked the Jew: `How did you get back?' `As resident alien', he said and laughed." Bottom R.- "Ha, how the dummies crowd around the Jewish trough fed with lies and money they contaminate the whole world." Notice how the German use of Rhyming couplets and stanzas has been lost in translation. The "humor" is lost on outsiders who are unfamiliar with the tropes and the visual cues of Jewdom adopted by Germans over centuries.
Left: "The Partition - When they lust after that which is forbidden they risk breaking their necks and legs." Top Middle: "A Dark Matter - Go ahead, investigate, because the process invariably turns up a Jew." Bottom Middle: "Restless Palestine - My God, one should think it over. Maybe one's arrival will be an inconvenience." Right: " The End of the Jewish Conference - Finished is the Jew's trick at beautiful Geneva. The Oy Wey screamers were pelted with old fruit and rotten eggs."
